Our fee schedule consists of the following:

1. 1% fee of the loan amount that we act as a guarantor that range from $100,000.00 to $1,000,000.00
2. 10% fee of any loan amounts that we act as a guarantor that range from $1,000,000.00 or more.

Disclaimer: We are not a finance company or bank lender, we do not lend directly Except for Direct Private Lending) we simply agree to pledge to act as a guarantor for your business loans we do not apply for any type of loans on your company's behalf, your company is responsible for applying for all business loans and accepting the terms of those loans nor do we agree to any type of joint loans with your business.

Additionally we charge a research and advance retainer and consultation fee of $5,000.00  which is non-refundable.
